Is it really one flat price for the whole company?
Yes. Pro is $49/month (or $490/year) per company — not per user and not per document. Your whole EHS team can use it. Compare that to per-document generators that charge around $29 for a single JHA.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is a month-to-month (or annual) subscription billed by Stripe. Cancel whenever you like and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. We do not sell your inputs or use the tasks, SOPs, or hazard analyses you generate to train models. Documents are generated for you and are yours to use.
Do the documents count as legal or professional advice?
No. Generated SOPs and JHAs are informational drafts meant to accelerate your work. Like any template, a qualified person at your organization must review and approve each document against your site conditions and the current standard before use.
How does activation work?
You subscribe through Stripe, then land on a welcome page that unlocks Pro on your browser. Switching devices? Use the restore-access page with the email from your subscription to re-activate Pro on that browser.
